1. About Us
KayThePlug ("we", "us") sells pre-loaded music USB drives and SD cards curated by DJ Kayyy. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed securely through Shopify. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where indicated. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3. Product Content
USBs and SD cards are supplied with music intended for personal listening. Redistribution, resale, or public broadcast of the audio content is not permitted.
4. Shipping
UK orders ship within 1–3 working days via tracked delivery. International shipping times vary. We are not liable for carrier delays.
5. Returns
Due to the custom-loaded nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if there is any issue with your product we will work with you to resolve it — contact us within 14 days of delivery.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for hardware compatibility issues with third-party players.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
